Map of China during the Ming and Qing dynasties (Taiwan as Dongning)
7.韃靼圖.jpg

This map depicts the distribution of forces during the confrontation between the Three Feudatories and the Qing Dynasty in the early Qing period. The colors on the map represent Wu Sangui, Shang Kexi, Geng Jingzhong, and the Kangxi Emperor. The map is believed to represent China between the years 1673 till 1681. Taiwan is marked as Dongning, indicating the territory under the control of the Zheng family.

This map was purchased from a Japanese antique market and bears a resemblance to the style of the "Map of the Historical Changes of Provinces and Counties in Tang China" drawn during the Edo period. However, the map does not provide any contextual clues, making it difficult to determine the exact time of its creation.
