Map of the Entire Taiwan by Mizuno Michi, 1874

According to the notes by Mizuno Takashi (水野遵) on this map, it was originally an 1872 Missionary Map of Formosa. It was first in the possession of General Zhang Qiguang (張其光), the military commander of Taiwan, and later acquired by the Japanese who translated it into Japanese, which served as a guide for instigating Japan's attack on Taiwan, the Mudan She Incident, in 1874.
