這句箴言是湯川秀樹的座右銘，亦為他廣為人知的名言之一。本作以硬筆書寫，形式更像一則隨手留下的思緒札記。「一走進む」中的「走」字，疑為「歩」之誤寫。

 

【Description】

This maxim was Hideki Yukawa’s personal motto and later became one of his best-known sayings. Written with a hard pen rather than a brush, it reads like a spontaneous note. The substitution of hashiru (“to run”) for ayumu (“to walk”) suggests an informal inscription.
